About Francis A. Monaco, Jr.

Frank Monaco is proud to announce the formation of a new company: Monaco Mediation LLC to handle mediations of commercial disputes with an emphasis on bankruptcy matters.

Frank is a certified mediator having completed the Institute of Conflict Management Training Course in 2004 and the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission certification process in 2016. His mediation skills are based on over 35 years experience as an attorney who practiced in the area of business bankruptcy and commercial litigation and transactions.

He is an approved mediator for the Delaware and North Carolina bankruptcy courts as well as the bankruptcy appeals in the District Court in and for the District of Delaware. Frank has resolved over 100 disputes in Delaware and North Carolina courts and was also an arbitrator in the Delaware Superior Court.

Frank has a certification in business bankruptcy and over 35 years of direct experience in this field, including representing debtors, creditor committees, individual creditors, and other interest holders, including secured lenders, indenture trustees, government agencies, trade creditors, equipment lessors, landlords, asset purchasers, bondholders, and stockholders.

Frank has served on a number of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) panels including the ABI Mid-Atlantic Conference in August 2006 and the ABI Winter Leadership Conference in December 2014.

At the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court in December 2009 and the Mediation in Commercial Bankruptcy seminar in December 2011, Frank participated in ADR panel discussions with the Honorable Kevin Gross and David Stratton.

Most recently (2017-2018), Frank was a featured speaker in two ABI mediation webinars. In May of 2016, Frank participated in an ADR panel discussion at the Eastern District of North Carolina Bankruptcy Court Conference.
